Be careful when signing up for the 30 day classes. Once they have your card, they will charge you even if you call and cancel. Just be aware of exactly what their policies are and what you are getting into...they are challenging to reach.

I haven't had a bad class here. I'm new to yoga and found all their instructors encouraging, supportive, and knowledgeable. Their partnership with StudioMove is a huge bonus for classes for the family.

This is an excellent yoga school with really talented, knowledgable and kind teachers! We are so lucky to have a real Bikram yoga studio in our area, and I'm so happy that I came here and got the opportunity to learn the correct way to do the postures! No matter what level you are at, you can come here to work hard and make real progress towards your goals!

I checked out a few of the different hot yoga places before landing here, and after a few classes, I’ve have no reason to look anywhere else. The classes are great and very informative, Katie and the rest of the staff are all amazing to work with. It is a great environment and I would highly recommend!
